Shipping policy

Once a customer completes the check-out process, the order is dispatched within a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Once the order is dispatched, we will inform the customer regarding the estimated date and time of the delivery via email/SMS for the items ordered.

If the delivery fails due to the given reason, the following procedures shall be applied:
