Refund policy
As we deal in perishable items, we don’t do any refunds/ exchanges. However, we do make exceptions in case you
- Receive the wrong product.
- Received a tampered or damaged product
We reserve the right
- To request product identification
- To determine if the product has been damaged, abused, or used
In order to initiate a refund, please write to us at customer.care@kenshodaily.com or use the chatbot available on www.kenshodaily.com. Please make sure to include your order number and an image of the wrong/tampered/damaged product for which you are seeking a refund.
All claims for refunds must be reported to use on the same day of delivery through the above-mentioned channels.
Once the claim has been assessed, the amount will be refunded/reimbursed to the same instrument that was used to transact on Kensho Daily. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days, as per the standard banking procedures.
